Cheers all, @doingitanyway we managed to bravely fit in a glass of prosecco too 😁
@Sallyforth I wish I could wallow in your admiration but I definitely do not shower every day, I think my arms would fall off! Nowt wrong with a sink wash and making sure the bits that need to be cleaned are clean
Hopefully will have eased tomorrow @Sun_Addict, the pain is obviously rather unpleasant but it's the way pain just skanks all your energy and ability to do the simplest things that is so unfair. Just go and be painful in that part and stop interfering with every other aspect of life! 😂
Can be difficult to get comfortable @beanielou but I'm usually so knackered I sleep well. I love sleep so very much

Sorry your shoulder is giving you so much pain - I found acupuncture the one thing that solved my neck nerve induced pain / maybe ask your gp if you can get some ?No to the running rodents still !DON'T BUY STUFF (from Frugalwoods)
No seriously, just don’t buy things. 99% of our success with our savings rate is attributed to the fact that we don’t buy things... You can and should take advantage of discounts.... But at the end of the day, the only way to truly save money is to not buy stuff. Money doesn’t walk out of your wallet on its own accord.

Just a thought on the shoulder pain, is there a college you could get to that teaches massage? that really helped mine but did not fix, that took an osteopath (luckily near me there is a college that teaches osteopathy so there are lots in the area which keeps the price down, and, there is always the student clinic which treats for a very low rate).Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!1 -
Thanks for the suggestions @LadyWithAPlan and @Watty1, I'll keep them in mind for the future but at this stage in my life I don't want anyone near my shoulder! It hurts because my connective tissue doesn't work properly and there's not much anyone can do about that unfortunately. I do blimmin love a massage when my body feels less vulnerable though!1
