In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!1 -
Blows out and leaves the room speechless...
Comes back in the room to say how great you are doing dealing with the build. It is stressful but you are progressing when you look back...If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

Thanks @doingitanyway. The concern at this stage is that we're doling out our life savings for something that can easily not happen if the council just don't sign off the consents in time, and since they have previous for waiting six months and only doing it then because we complained to multiple agencies, we may still very well turn out to be even more completely b*ggered than we would have been not doing it! Ah well, may as well give it a go eh 😂https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6466032/an-in-between-phase/p1

Finished a book, a Dalziel and Pascoe, good comfort reading
Does anyone use a handheld clothes steamer? Thinking of asking for one for my birthday as I would so love a way to quickly get fold lines out of my clothes without the palaver of ironing, but don't know if any actually live up to their promise..
Off to boot sale shortly, wish us luck, and have a marvellous Sunday everyone- no bad vibes allowed on a Sunday, remember! 🍻

Ooooooo! No, but I've been thinking about getting one for about a year. I hate ironing and most of my clothes don't need ironing so I'd love a quick way to get those few crinkles out. I have been known to put an item in the tumble dryer for ten minutes with a damp towel, but a steamer seems much more sensible.Debts 04/01/25 01/06/26
