Thank you @badmemory @doingitanyway @beanielou and KK, I appreciate your concern 😊
All is fine though, only on day 3 of 10 of recovery so being a bit sore and bleedy is to be expected. Joy of joys period is due to start in the meantime, of course 🙄😁
I concede doing half wussy situps the day after may have been pushing it but I felt okay then, probably still in shock! I will most certainly make sure to be as idle as possible if need be

Please be careful PiP. I had an op along those lines some years ago and the 10 days they gave me to recover was optimistic. Sit on the chaise longue and read that novel KK has delivered without delay.Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!1 -
Thanks @Watty1, will make sure to keep an eye on things. I'm really fine though! Just a bit bleedy and sore but all so far manageable with occasional painkillers and heated wheatbag at night. Poor Mr PIP is boiling!https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6466032/an-in-between-phase/p1

Usuals
Shower and hairwash, still using the massive bottle of conditioner I got as a freebie to review
20 minute carpet walk
Got PB money, small survey cashout, and a very welcome £50 from Nationwide
Shares to tax pot, current account, flat pot, mum birthday pot
Client job all day
Cuppa with mum, gave her one of my skincare win bits. Told her to remember that pot alone's worth over fifty quid, when it comes to Christmas 😁
Little survey
Walk to local to get some daylight and chill before evening work. Used the fiver I got for Dad's laptop, obviously I transferred the money from my account to my Dad Money pot but it was nice using the physical note to feel like he'd bought me a pint. Cheers Da 🍻
Dinner is egg, chip and beans, all own brand of course
