Rubbish start to the day, woke up horribly early, on my one lie-in day I'd been looking forward to, with effing period pains. Then got a message from an ebay buyer claiming the item hasn't arrived and wanting their money back, and screened myself out of a guaranteed points survey by accidentally ticking that I didn't know where I live 🙄

Slight improvement when TfL sent me £10 to apologise for delay

    Usuals
    Vinted listing
    Laundry

Half hour walk getting some bread from olio

25 minute walk dropping off a sale and getting free papers for the crossword

Nutritious use it up salad lunch

    Hour online chair yoga

    20 minute carpet walk

    £4 survey

£49.57 from HL joining bonus paid (well, it was supposed to be £50 but markets are down!). Withdrew and shares to usual pots

Dinner is aldi pizza and salad

    Happy Friday everyone 🍻

I agree that is a rubbish start but you turned it around...an hour of online yoga is impressive

I am very impressed with an hour of on line yoga. I tried 15 minutes and could barely walk afterwards. I am continuing with the gentle sitting exercise which is only 15 minutes and can just about manage that. hopefully I will improve.

Hoping for a lie-in is the only way to ensure its delivery @dawnybabes!

Still enjoying it @beanielou, as I mentioned before it wouldn't suit the exercisey people on here but I find it good for slowly moving my body in small ways which is what my hypermobile body doesn't get enough of. Have your classes started back up yet?

It's chair yoga @doingitanyway and @ladyholly so not impressive looking bendy stuff, but really good for paying attention to little movements and also just really good for making some time to do something beneficial for yourself that you don't dread in advance.
From brief glimpses of others I think everyone else in the online class is minimum 30 years older than me, but my body feels like it's been battered for 70-90 years so chair yoga suits me fine!

I get the chair yoga being something for yourself.

I still have a little cry every time @doingitanyway but I suppose that's a good thing?!

    Did your delivery arrive @dawnybabes?

Bit of a grumpy start as basically I needed more sleep but woke up anyway, and am feeling bored and frustrated with constantly having stuff to sort out for this flat and constantly having stuff to sort out for the build. And of course period pain and grumpiness doesn't help with these feelings!

Was very close to sacking the whole day off and doing absolutely nothing, but no-one apart from us is going to do our adulting and create opportunities and utilise advantages, so have dun:

    Admin
    Tidying
    Comping
    Quarter wussy situps
    Shower and hairwash
    Receipt survey
Small survey cashout, shares to usual pots

Entered some competitions, today I'm mostly looking forward to winning 1kg of mini eggs

Hour walk with Mr PIP getting some wine glasses as part of mum's birthday gift as she mentioned she's running low. Got some HD salted caramel ice-cream on offer for us.

We have now gone to the pub to make the most of the last of the nice weather 🍻

Dinner is stuffed pasta with tomato sauce

Hope everyone is having an enjoyable Saturday x

I can only sympathise with your feelings of being overwhelmed. Dealing with officialdom can be incredibly frustrating especilally when you are doing things that either should have already been done or be done by someone else that are being paid to do a job. Even more so when you are in pain.
