It's not a new bill @doingitanyway, it's one they've plucked out of thin air from two years ago to try to land on me as octopus don't understand the concept of social housing not belonging to individuals. But I will point that rule out to them, thanks for reminding me of it.
I really thought after my Dad died that I had seen the worst conduct by organisations and companies but octopus take the bloody biscuit

Hip dislocated last night so bit tired and sore today but managed to do:

Shower and hairwash
Usuals
Little flat clean with Mr PIP
Small walk for essentials
Gentle stroll with Mr PIP and beer in (well, near) sun

Dinner is freezer pizza with salad
