Versatile too, I was considering getting substitute mince like quorn or Linda McCartney but decided to use the lentils we already had in. But you could just use a load of veg, doesn't have to have a 'main'

Oh dear, I must have reverted to being a manager of some sort or another as I put on my green De Bono's thinking hat and threw my great idea into the mix and then assumed my work in the team had been done 🤩. Whoops!

Thanks PIP.  I've taken off my hat now and rolled up my sleeves and finally got on and done my work.  Thread is up and running over on old style boards. 

I'll have a rest now and watch the footie

Ahh I love lasagne but can pretty much never be bothered with the faff of making it sadly. I have been known to make a sort of deconstructed version but it's not quite the same. Another favourite I don't make often enough is pizza-pasta bake, where you top off a basic pasta bake mix with pepperoni and mozzarella and bake until golden and bubbling...
