I'll second that. Or are we up to thirding or fourthing. Whichever - Merry Christmas.

Merry Christmas. Always hard when we miss our loved ones. I'm even going to eat a piece of Christmas pudding tomorrow despite loathing it. It was my mum's favourite bit of Christmas and she used to have it with cream for Boxing Day breakfast.1

Happy Christmas everyone, hope you all have a lovely day, and manage to save some wrapping paper to re-use next year 😁🥂3

The wrapping paper was super cheap flimsy stuff, but we have saved several bags and recycled everything we can 😊

20 minute walk, got ys strawberries and 87p mint aero bubbles, then a stroll with Mr PIP for boxing day beer when he got back from his family
Our dear family friend who died earlier this year left his savings to his missus who said she didn't need it all, and as mum and another of her friends were next in the will they should split it three ways.
Mum has very generously gifted her share to me as I would have been one of the next generation beneficiaries, so that's 20k in the flat pot.
Very grateful to our sadly departed family friend, our lovely family friend who was his partner, and my fantastic mum.
