Today's advent jewellery is a bronze metal and diamanté horse and cart necklace, very OTT and I love it
We had a nice olio freebie earlier, a dark green fancy twirly Christmas tree stand. Interpreting it as a sign of encouragement from the universe that we will one day have a place of our own and be able to afford and fit in a lovely Christmas tree
Finally stopped mooching and managed:

Tidying
Admin
Comping
One hour carpet walk
Bits and bobs of small cleaning tasks that could have been easily ignored but were annoying me
Stroll with Mr PIP for beer (with camra discount)
Dinner is leftover cottage pie
Hope everyone is having a productively chill Sunday

The twirly Christmas tree stand is definitely a good sign of progress happening in 2025.

Advent jewellery is a black goth glam bead necklace and black moon and star earrings
Missing my friend who I saw every Christmas eve and day today, missing me da as well. Big hugs and 🥂 to everyone feeling sadness amongst the jollities
Felt very much like I would prefer a lazy rest day but I also feel like Christmas is the end of the year rather than new years eve, so I made myself do all those annoying little lingering jobs that have been on the to-do list day after day
Usuals
Client Christmas emails
Small kettle clean (will have to be done more thoroughly again but main mank is gone!)
Chased up life admin emails
Seven receipt surveys (the pile is still big but at least goodly reduced!)
Dropped mum's stocking to her
40 minute walk recycling the old kettle
Beer with Mr PIP and saying happy Christmas to locals mates
Happy Christmas eve all, hope everything is in place for tomorrow to be enjoyable, or at least not get right on your nerves x
