Yay! You have made it the forum Advent calendar.

Thank you all, seems daft to say but it does fortify me knowing Team Tuppence is rooting for us
@badmemory I think we've long come to the conclusion that there's no conspiracy other than reality- the council would benefit nicely if we run out of money and their developer colleagues would benefit nicely if we run out of money. Council is always going to be plausibly too short staffed and hard pressed to prioritise the small (to them) case of working class oiks like us, and as long as they don't help us it's not a bad outcome for them so why would they.
Thanks @Karonher, we now have delays on the preparing the land side too so we need to get that sorted before we can ask anyone else to get involved but the info has been noted

Today's list doesn't look very impressive but I have been rushing about all day!
Advent jewellery is a green glass pendant

Mr PIP dropped off a sale at the post office so hopefully there won't be any postage issues with this one!
Had an olio free item collection
Made a banging toastie (puree and cheese with red pepper and the addition of mustard and honey)
Domestic bits and bobs
Another olio free collection
Client pay, share to tax pot
An hour round walk getting bloods done, cashing a Christmas cheque from my uncle (thank you), and meeting Mr PIP for a beer debrief.

Free exercise walking to get family friend's prescription for them
Prepped a veggie cottage pie for dinner

A slightly grumpy day;
Period starting and feeling rough and tired
Waited in for neighbour's boiler engineer. They need to book another appointment, which I'll have to wait in for again
Sadly decided not to have a Christmas tree this year which made me want to cry but they're just too pricey around here. Got to focus on money for the flat pot as we need to be able to afford somewhere to live and the build is seeming less and less likely with every passing week
Posted family friend's medication
Sent a vinted sale
Dropped off recyclings
Usuals
Did the laundry
Positives:
Today's advent jewellery is a pair of separated-from-their-partner earrings that go well together
Got a free net of chocolate coins from coop app advent
Went to the pub.

Made a not too shoddy start to the free paper crossword
Transferring the money I'd mentally bookmarked for Christmas tree from Christmas pot into flat pot has got flat pot over the next hundred point
Mr PIP is picking up comfort treat dinner of M&S stuffed pasta and sauce meal deal
Lots of positives 💪😊2
