Ha thanks @doingitanyway, always a relief 😁
And absolutely.
Happy Friday everyone!
Joints still dodgy but not as sore. Wanted to try to get more steps made up by going to lidl and getting my next freebie but decided not to be an eejit. Mr PIP and I have been hoping to go to a pub's beer festival this afternoon for ages, its on the other side of London and so I am attempting to preserve myself for the travelling and being out, didn't want to let Mr PIP down as while he would have been fine and understanding, I do feel bad that my cpc affects so many parts of his life too.
I'm so brave and caring, going to drink delicious beers in the sun 😂
Someone is coming to collect an olio listing in a bit, I will then attempt a smaller walk to get us hummus to go with dinner (mozzarella sticks and garlic flatbread, stodgy goodness after a few pints).
Have done the usuals, will do some spec work, need to make sure I cash out ziffit by their deadline tonight but will wait in case any more street books come my way today!

Edited because 'chesee' isn't a word, though it should be4 -
Just catching up. Sorry the joints still giving trouble - and - did smile at Elton's marmite. Will look out for that!Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!1 -
It's a beautiful day. Warm but not stupidly so. Good joint weather I think? I hope you both make it to the beer festival. If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

We successfully got to and back from and enjoyed the beer festival despite my joint aches and toilet concerns @doingitanyway, you're right it was good inbetween weather for it- I used both suncream and a big jacket and scarf 😂
There were about max 20 women in total and overall in the time we were there about 200 men in total so quite a good showing for the ladies as far as beer festivals go 👀
@EssexHebridean because I know you'll be interested (or at least politely feign it 😁), my top rated beer was the Nottingham Bullion 4.7% 'A 24-carat single malt golden ale, with a multi-faceted triple hop finish'
I ain't 'alf aching and tired, would be nice to not have the whole of Saturday and Sunday filled with to-do lists to try to get through but all progress is good progress. One hopes. Somewhat resentfully.
Hope you're all having a grand start to the weekend x

Morning 🌞
Are all the ‘To dos’ essential or could some be done scrappily, postponed or ignored? I ask because I have woken with a headache and head cold and wondered if we could bounce ideas off each other … 🤔😂😉
Glad the beer festival was good. 😊

You need to stay under a blanket and drink plenty of fluids and eat nutritious things @KajiKita, have some zinc if possible. I however need to plough on with my shoulder in agonies 😁1

Tidying
Shower and hairwash, shoulder so very sore
30 minute walk getting some little bits from olio, 50p taken off my I.O.ME
Half the flat has had a one-armed clean, the rest will have to wait for tomorrow
Laundry, once Mr PIP had noticed that I'd pressed the on button then instead of pressing the start button had just turned it off again 🤦♀️
A few little bits of the to-do list. Bit annoyed it's not more but energy and ability is limited when your arm feels like it's dangling from a gory string!
Mr PIP is out this evening seeing friends so I am having a medley of leftover pasta from the freezer with some use-it-up veg
Hope everyone is having a lovely Saturday evening, preferably hunkered down if your weather has turned as grimly autumnal as it has here!

Oh I am thick @doingitanyway, I just re-read your post and realised you meant 'joint' as in body, not a mixture of weather. You'd think I would have clocked that straight away considering how much I bang on about them! Alas it did not seem to help my aching joints but I sure was glad of taking layers for the fluctuating temperature
