Was so distrusting of cex after their terrible customer service I paid to get the bus rather than wait until I could walk. Their computer system was down. I nearly burst into tears.
Since I'd paid the fare I went to Morrison's which is opposite and got some good value beers with my voucher that now needs using before it expires so at least that was something productive. Then got bus back (thank you London buses for the £1.75 flat fare of an hour) and nearly burst into tears with pain when we went over speed bumps.
Dinner is whatever microwaveable ready meal is in the shop when Mr PIP goes after work cos I can't stand for long enough to cook.
Me and my painful hip are now going to sit on the sofa with a beer and sulk.

Thanks @redofromstart. Hopefully it'll sort itself fairly well with a good night's sleep. Must try to remember to take it easy if so though, I'm such a nuisance to myself for always trying to catch up with the things I haven't been able to do then making a bother worse!
