I stopped doing after it went to New York Times @kayannie as it was starting to feel like 'another thing to do' but I do enjoy having a go, it's nice that even if you do badly you still feel like you've had a decent brain session. Today's was quite random though, I was very surprised to get it in three but that's the luck of the letters, sometimes it falls your way, other times not so much 😁

Tidying
Few receipt surveys
Little flat clean with Mr PIP
Comping
Ebay listing
Vinted listing
Entered some competitions, today I'm mostly looking forward to winning cash for the flat pot but I'd appreciate a case of wine too please
Did lunchtime feed of neighbours cat, got some bits from mums, 25 minute walk getting a lovely free hand cream from Olio and I got a friendly lick from a very good doggo
Dropped a return parcel off- a sports bra that was a birthday gift. Most annoying as this one was rated one of the best but didn't suit my body at all
Then surprised myself by continuing for a 30 minute walk
Remainder of the afternoon was me sitting on the sofa reading while the cat sat on me. Mr PIP has put the bathroom shelves up and I'm very impressed with his work
We'll go to do neighbours cats dinner soon so a few more free steps
Dinner is vegetarian burgers in baps from the freezer, the burgers were free through shopmium and the baps free through Olio so very mse
I'll be glad when this period b*ggers off, not feeling the greatest today. Hope everyone else has a grand Saturday night!1 -
Hope you enjoy your ultra MSE dinner0

I know you have been in touch with your ward councillor but sometimes its better to go for the one with responsibiltyfor the issue you are having. In your case planning presumably or thw one that appears on tv/ in the local newspaper etc most. This sometimes works as they tend to be the most vocal. I think you said you are in a blue area but do youhave any councillors from other parties. They might enjoy having a go at stirring things. Can you tell I sometimes enjoy stirring things. I usually give the the relevant person a chance to put things right and then go for the top - ceo or in your case the council the leader. Most execs hate being pestered by the public.

Thanks @Blackcats, Mr PIP even found some ys rocket leaves to go with it! Did splash out on some vine tomatoes though so not wholly mse
Interesting thoughts @ladyholly, thanks. It's a red borough so all the same people unfortunately. If we dont hear anything back after nagging next week then I'll see if there's a councillor for a different ward more involved in planning but to the best of my knowledge we'd be told it should be through our ward councillor. Will also look into the unlikely event of being able to get in touch with the head of council, won't hold my breath since you can't even get in touch with the planning department. Might as well try since we'll need a miracle to get it done while we can still afford to do it anyway so not much harm in p*ssing the council off!1 -
Our council has a list of councillors on their website along with contact details and what they oversee.yours may have similar. There is also a local government ombudsman and planning is one one of the areas they will look at. I would also harass your MP. I realised you have been in touch with him/her but regular emails might stir enough to prove a reaction. I told you I am good at stirring things. I would also see if there are any councillors of blue, green, orange or ay other colour who might enjoy having something to stir up.3

PIP - you can contact the minister directly. I did that with the DWP and problems I was having with my dads winter fuel allowance and them trying to say he lacked mental capacilty. I tried for 3 months to get them to change that as he has perfect mental capacilty. I emailed the minister and the next day got an email saying he could not get involved in individual cases but had forwarded the email to someone who could. The day after that there was a phone call and an apology with a promise to update the records which happened the same week.Aiming to make £7,500 online in 20222

Thanks @Karonher, I'll def look into that if our next round of nagging doesn't do anything quickly0
