  • It sounds like you’re subluxing more after the move. Did you plan an after move rest period? <looks at PiP with squinty eyes>
  • Can't be done @beanielou, too much to do! (Including apparently needing 300k more for a half decent modest place where we can both live and work and be nearish mum, but let's focus on the impossible 100k first 😂😭)

A rest day is needed @KajiKita but not until enough flat stuff is sorted that family friends can have some space and I'm not a day behind on the very crammed to-do lists!

I didn't @WelshmansDaughter *hangs head in shame* *head falls off*

Forgive me but I’m a bit worried about you and that if you keep going at this pace you might do yourself some serious mischief….. 🤷‍♀️

Could Mr PiP do a bit more or your mum help at all?

Well I was being worried about you on your diary so that's fair @KajiKita 😊

I'm fine really, just being knackered and complainy! Mr PIP is doing loads but also needs to do his full time job which I am very much in favour of for rent-paying purposes 😁 Mum is also very helpful but I'm not asking a woman in her 70s with an arthritic back to help shift boxes around!
All the things will be sorted soon enough.

Though several spec clients have raised their heads with election based work so will need to be making a superb effort at getting All The Things done over the next few weeks!

I've just caught up on your diary from the move and now I'm exhausted and I'm only reading along.... you rock!
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

oh now I want to know what the childhood book is please? some of the best reads are re-reads many years later.

I live in hope that one day I will find a copy of Erich Kastners 35th May on a charity shelf in a supermarket.
