We're officially in @Sun_Addict but that does not include all my stuff- we're having enough moving with Mr PIPs! Which does tbf include a fair bit of mine. Fortunately mum is being lovely and saying no rush, though I'm sure she'll be glad to get some of the piles of boxes gone!
Very true on both counts @KajiKita 😊 Mums spaghetti spoon got to the needing to be chucked stage a while ago and I found one when I was rummaging through my kitchen stuff today and left it for her- she said she'll have to make a spag bol soon in that case, which I will eagerly await 😁
Ha, thanks @beanielou

Brunch and coffee and crossword with a snoozing cat on the sofa in the sun, what a lovely Sunday morning. Managed to get a couple of portions of f&v in our faces too
Lots more bits and bobs of unpacking, watered all the plants, had a successful first shower and hairwash in new flat (I don't know why unfamiliar showers make me so nervous 😁)
Cleared some more boxes from mums and brought over some clothes. Friend wants the big moving boxes so Mr PIP will drive them to her tomo en route to clean his old flat then drop off his car at his parents as it's taking ages to get a residents parking permit here because... wait for it... the online application only keeps office hours 😂 Amazing.
25 minute walk getting bits from Aldi, going to have a picnic dinner to prioritise some more f&v portions
20 minute walk to local pub with Camra discount, mine and Mr PIPs first beers as co-habitees! Cat seems absolutely fine now there aren't strangers traipsing in and out
Hope everyone is having a lovely and sunny Sunday x

Thank you meal out for mum, will go halves with Mr PIP so I need approx £50
Save/find/win approx £250 for Mr PIP's birthday next month
Sort out our vinteds, ebays, and ziffits piles
Put up with or scrounge bits we need for flat rather than spend money
Wipe and sell ipad
Buttons on coats
Switch to Mr PIP's old phone
Any unlikely spare money into flat pot
There are also a few breaks away I'm pining for but not going to happen unless we win the lottery.
