PennysIntoPounds said:Thank you @ladyholly, can't hurt to try. Especially if you're saying it for your own amusement as you imagine me, snotty and baffled, trying to blow through my pinched nose 😁
I just hope it helps. Don't blow to the point it hurts. Be kind to yourself (that came from the Dr).

Night was coughing ouch tired
Slight ache now going into jaw and cheekbone on painful ear side
Got a permanent stitch in both sides
Got raised weals on the palms of my hands. Obviously.
Do not have energy to try to communicate with pharmacist so hoping it's just a weird immune response. Have taken antihistamine
Now can't hear what mum is saying even when she's next to me, she has to shout in my ear
Bit f****** sick of all this

40 minute walk getting essentials and a free pastry from Lidl. So annoying that it's closing tomorrow
Also quickly looked in Sainsburys and they had seven shelf spaces all taken up with multipacks of cheese and onion Walkers! I am clearly never entering this competition
Did essential bit of work for today
Entered some competitions, today I'm mostly looking forward to winning 1k but I'd love a Fortnums hamper
Absolutely beautiful sunset, wonder what that's indicating? Something on fire probably2 -

Thanks @beanielou. If I didn't have these two client jobs to do I think I'd just give in and lie here all day slowly going mad until I died of whoosh ears. Although when I was in the queue at Lidl a small child was having a massive temper tantrum and I was like 'I love my whoosh ears, I can barely hear a thing and my blood pressure is remaining chill' 😂2

Woke up coughing four times in the night which is an improvement. However, 'slept' for 14 hours as just did not have energy to get up until 5th coughing fit propelled me out of bed
Actually can't believe how deaf I am
Think I'm getting some small hunger pangs back though

Had hoped to go to Lidl to get next free pastry but can't bear the thought of 40 minute walk or navigating people or outside with whoosh ears
Have pretty much given up on nectar canvass surveys as they seem inherently untrustworthy. Sending invites with the reward offer info blank, making you answer loads of 'screening' questions then saying there's a survey available that's a completely different length to the one you clicked through for, it just feels like data harvesting.
I didn't think I'd ever find a worse survey provider than curious cat who I am convinced will be going to jail at some point, but nectar canvass is actually it.
Trying to make myself do some work or go for a small walk but really not feeling it. Quite feeling a beer under a blanket then going back to sleep but must keep my tenuous grip on days, at least until this work is done
Hope everyone is having a lovely Sunday, full of pubs and walks and food and being able to enjoy music or telly or conversation x

Sorry to hear you’re still struggling 🙁 What a horrible bug you have. I really hope you start turning a corner soon. Sending healing vibes your way 🙏I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0

Thank you @Sun_Addict. Much as I'm an introvert and much as I've been asleep for lots of this virus, it's somewhat lonely having not been able to sit in the same room as mum, or see Mr PIP, or have the radio on for a bit of company, for three weeks.
Still, must keep on keeping on.
Did a yougov survey, gave the bathroom a wipe, and had some tomato soup.
Now to look again at the crossword that I am doing particularly badly on1 -
Hope the slight hunger pangs are a positive sign. Look after yourself.L x0

The optimist in me hopes that "only" waking up 4 times and getting a bit of appetite back are good signs.
your mum inspired me to make cauliflower cheese tonight so can you thank her for me please.0 -
Thanks @Less_Talk_and_More_Action and @Blackcats, hope I'm turning a corner, just very slowly. I'm really in shock at my ears being much worse though, it's so horrible feeling so isolated and incapable on top of all the soreness and illness.
Hopefully tomorrow will be much brighter🤞
I will pass on your culinary thanks @Blackcats, hope you have/had a lovely dinner
