  • Hi all, been busy with work since very early today so only just getting round to having a break.  Isn't it amazing how you can have a 2 week holiday and whilst you're on leave your diary gets plundered!!

I've PADded £5 to the sabbatical today, not much else happening to be honest... it IS a NSD for me today though so I'm happy about that. I don't have plans until Saturday so should be another tomorrow too.

Must dash, another call in 4 mins... :(

  • Happy Friday! I hope you have all had a great week. It's another busy day for me today and this morning I really didn't want to get out of bed and I'm really looking forward to not having to get up early over the weekend. I know that sounds odd after having a 2 week holiday but I can't get my body clock right haha!

So, today is another NSD for me, and my PAD was £5 to the sabbatical.  No plans tonight except for chilling with a glass of wine or two, maybe a bit of tidying up.

I hope you have nce relaxing weekend

I always find the transition after coming home from a holiday hard … Hope this weekend helps you catch up 😊

  • Hi all, sorry I’m late in the day with my updates. Unfortunately real life is getting in the way and we have an awful lot going on. Very stressful at the moment but I’m sure we will get through it. It’s nothing to do with finance or money though so my savings are in tact haha

So, finance wise I sent £5 to the sabbatical fund today as part of my PAD and I’ve not been anywhere so it’s a no spend day again.

It’s my day off tomorrow, so I may or may not update, I’ll see how I feel in the morning. It will be a spending day though as I’m going to go and get my nails done.

    That’s all from me today

Sorry to hear life is stressful. Hope getting your nails done gives you a bit of a break.

Well done on the steady PADing 😊

Glad you had a good holiday and sorry you caught a cold. My friend has just flown back from Spain and she also managed to catch a lurgy on the plane.  We haven't flown for 5 years, but I will be wearing a mask still when we finally do.
Hope you manage to sort out your stressful situation

  • Hi all, thanks so much for the kind words, I did enjoy having the day off yesterday and I am very pleased with my nails. I'm not any less stressed, but the things that are going on aren't in my control so I just need to get on with it the best I can.

Today is a no spend day for me, the good thing about working longer days is that I have less opportunity to nip out and spend.  My dice rolls today meant that I sent £94 to the sealed pot, and the usual £5 to the sabbatical.  I'm excited now about opening the sealed pot, there are still 2 more weeks of dice rolls to be added too!

    That's it from me today,
