Morning! I think I jinxed the weather... It's still warm this morning but very overcast. You're completely right, @FootyFanDan I'm so much happier when the sun shines. I was still awake early with the birds but I'm ashamed to say that I did nothing productive with my time, I was just doom-scrolling social media. (not like me)
So, only a few more days to pay day (27th) and the accounts still have some funds so I've added £50 to the sinking funds today along with my £5 to the sabbatical. Most of the sinking funds will now be allocated to travel until I have what I need for the holiday.
It's not a NSD for me today, as I am out tonight with the girls for a few hours. I am driving though so it won't be too spendy. I have my cash budget to use anyway.
That's it from me, I have a busy day ahead at work so I will make myself a coffee and get cracking!
 Have lovely days!

Aww thanks so much! They definitely aren’t professional quality but I enjoyed making them and they serve my needs. I’ll hopefully be making another set soon for a family holiday to the canaries next Easter time.lucielle said:That travel folder is brilliant. Morning all, it's pay day for me tomorrow so I have moved spare funds to savings and sinking funds. This amounted to £91 including the £5 to the sabbatical so not an insignificant amount. In fact, I'm just £5 off fully funding the train tickets to the airport in my travel binder.
It's a NSD for me today, no plans now until Sunday so should be able to get a few more in too.
That's all from me today, short and sweet!

It's an A5 binder from Amazon, then the pockets were made from laminating pouches and white greaseproof paper I got from Dunelm. For the lettering I used metallic markers that I'd picked up from Amazon too. I also used the materials to make some placeholders for when things have been paid/funded or banked.Makingabobor2 said:Travel binder is brilliant. I could with making them for our little trips. Thank you! What a lovely thing to say I do hope it will keep me focussed on funding travel in the future.                          Life gets in the way...PADding is addictive...Saving's better than spending...My savings diary - Now for a healthier, wealthier me2025 1p challenge #41 | Cash envelope challenge #01 | SPC #017EF £1000/£1000 | Sabbatical £3677/£60002 I do hope it will keep me focussed on funding travel in the future.                          Life gets in the way...PADding is addictive...Saving's better than spending...My savings diary - Now for a healthier, wealthier me2025 1p challenge #41 | Cash envelope challenge #01 | SPC #017EF £1000/£1000 | Sabbatical £3677/£60002

I really must have a go at this, such a lovely idea. Could also put pages in with lists of all the other things to do with the travel...packing; ideas for things to do/go whilst there; restaurants you want to try; etc etc. You are a genius.Making the debt go down and savings go up

That's a great idea, and it's small enough to take with you to have all your handy references when neededMakingabobor2 said:I really must have a go at this, such a lovely idea.
