Good news, hubby's internal wound is now healed and they can look to discharge him at some point next week, I do feel like they're determined to get him home to me and I'm thankful for that. There's still a very long road to recovery at home but at least we can knock the daily commute to the hospital on the head
It's a NSD for me today, and I PADded £5 to the sabbatical as usual. No plans for this evening so I will spend my time reading I think and chill out before going to bed. Wonder how soon I can start book 41
That's all from me

Good morning! I feel like I slept much better last night, so I think the anxiety might be dissipating a little. I do feel like I could sleep for about 3 days though. I really feel like getting back in bed!
Today I have filled my £17 envelope and added £5 to the sabbatical, as well as a little bank account round down to the sealed pot. It will be a NSD for me today as I have no plans except driving to the hospital.
I am already half way through book 41, I am making the most of quiet TV-free evenings whilst hubby isn't hereI am just joking of course, I can't wait to have him home and it be back to normal.
That's it in terms of updates for me, I do have a very busy work day ahead so that should keep my mind occupied whilst I am waiting for news.
Have lovely days

Hi all, I hope you're all doing OK? I had another good night's sleep last night so I'm feeling better than I have in ages. It was another evening of reading and no TV so this could be contributing to it maybe. I have never been a fan of the TV soaps, but have been known to binge some series on streaming now and again (well quite a bit).
Today is a NSD for me, DH is being discharged today so I will be going to collect him from the hospital later. I've PADded £5 to the sabbatical this morning as usual, nothing else happening in the accounts.
I've nothing much to add at the moment, still working my way through book 40
Have lovely days!

It's lovely to have hubby back home, but I do feel now that I still need to be in 2 places at once so I can keep an eye on him... It doesn't help that work is so busy at the moment and there's a lot of stress there. I am looking forward to a long weekend as I am off on Friday this week.
Today's PAD included £53 from dice rolls to the sealed pot and £5 to the sabbatical as usual. It's a NSD for me as I don't have time to go anywhere haha.
I checked Prolific this morning and I had £1.75 pending for ages and it's now disappeared... not rejected, no longer pending - just gone! Bit miffed at that
Oh, I did finish book 40 last night and started book 41 so that's good
Catch you all later
