Bearing in mind you would have maxed the negative prices and moved things around on Agile prices outside the cosy slots where they were cheaper.
I do the same comparing Agile to cosy and if you just took the last 3 months £220 cheaper being on Agile but that's not a fair comparison at all.

Sure, I just wanted to provide a look backward - as that's the main stopper for new joiners - worrying what will happen, not being able to pay attention to constantly changing prices etc. I wasn't mostly - just avoided peak - no unnecessary washing etc.
In my opinion static rates are more appealing, but even though having 10p rate for 8h a day spread through the day - still could be more expensive than just being on Agile :)

That 10p cheap rate is amazing, we missed the boat on that one and would have fixed at that but we had other things going on at the time.
The current fixed cosy rates for us
I run a spreadsheet, which I appreciate doesn't include our plug in solar (2 panels)/batteries(6kwh) and needs editing to reflect this but it gives a quick view of the average day rate for an average day
Plugging in the rates you have fixed for our usage works out at 15p per kWh
Time for me to have a spreadsheet session as we also have the air con to factor in for summer as well to our average daytime usage.

I probably wouldn't go for Cosy with these prices - the 31p is off-putting..
These are Agile for last year and I guess that's how people see it - pessimists MAX, realists AVG, optimists MIN 😅

You won't be surprised but I have a spreadsheet for that going back to 2022. But this year so far average is 12.7p kWh with adjustments made for the negative energy wasteful usage.

Respect. My own approach to life as well is "If it looks complicated, start a spreadsheet."
But with Agile I have deliberately not done that, because whatever, we need electricity and I'm not going to sit in the dark to save money. So stuff easy to shift.. dishwasher, washer, plugin car .. gets pushed to the cheap bits. And avoid the 4-7pm hotspot where convenient. Then I just look at the monthly bill and see how we're doing. I was on Tracker until May, and seem to be gaining quite a bit.
But hey, the very best you can save is £10/month without solar investment, and that is one glass of a nice white wine in the pub.

Yes, we're much the same with the electricity use. I keep an eye on expectations for the following week and plan washing around that. When the DW needs to go on, we choose the cheapest time slots for that. Avoiding cooking until after the peak is easy enough and if it fails to drop off as fast as we had hoped after 1900 then tough, I'm not waiting longer for my tea! I've got multiple sets of bedding so if rates aren't favourable for washing a set when I change it, fine, it waits until they are. As and when things are negative everything gets done including usually batch cooking etc. In the winter if there are negatives we switch the heating over to using electric heaters and the underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathroom rather than using the gas.

Yeah over time and with two plug in solar panels and 6kwh of batteries we don't have to avoid the 4-7pm or any period anymore wo it's not like it was back in 2022 then the whole family was ont eh Agile train all engaged.
Our batteries now see the air con, on a day like today running off the solar collected during the day, if not used by other things, or from charging the batteries at the cheapest agile slots.
Automation is the next step of our little ecosystem.

Respect to you too. I think this is the most sensible approach to take on Agile, but I know I'd sit there in the dark with the TV off when it's 80p/kWh at 9pm. I couldn't bring myself to turning on a light 😰

Ha, me too, but that doesn't happen often. I have however learnt to turn the telly/set-top/soundbar on at 7pm not 6!
