Oh, I thought we were talking about cars!

BTW thanks you to those responding to my question about who's in charge. Appreciated.

Apparently nobody is, why does this not surprise me?! To be fair, the infrastructure is changing quite rapidly. Hopefully management will catch up idc.

I need to remember to empty the battery when I get up, and then programme the hot water and battery to fill up from the grid - the bulk of my solar generation is later in the day. But I can't see myself using much at this time of year.

So far as I recall, neither Agilepredict nor Agileforecast actually predicted this a day or two ago.. OK they do NOW, but the 7 day forecast said nothing about plunge prices.

Predict at least has been struggling with the pricing whenever it drops super low since the discount was introduced at the beginning of April. That said, maybe they are getting to grips with it a bit as they are predicting negatives for Saturday now.

Not too sunny, here, tomorrow, so I won't feel so bad about switching the solar off. Car is fairly empty, yellow sticker shoulder of lamb to slow roast, bedding to wash and perhaps a heat-pump versus A/C battle for the hell of it.

Wow, NICE! The generation forecast when I last checked said basically the opposite, that there would be no wind for a while; excellent to have a rapid change so thoroughly in our favour.

Interesting .. but so did the others, by then. This site says no more plunge pricing in the next 14 days, let's see what happens ..

I have no affiliation with the site but it predicted this plunge 3 days ago, probably more by luck and the only reason I used it was because emoncms was not working (it is now by the looks of it)
