I'm thankful that solar will cover most of my daytime needs for the next week or so. I'm also waiting to see if any form of sanity returns to the world, later this week, before making any decisions about jumping ship.

I'm still finding that on a reasonable day solar can cover my needs, but that'll gradually reduce as the days get shorter and cloudier - today is going to be tight, and I need the two hours of free battery top up! However, I'm also pleased that I've got to November and am managing with minimal import and the heating on (despite the best efforts of the builders to let as much warm air out of the house as possible during the week).

Got battery only, sadly I can't fit solar panels so my options are limited, as I have to have a EV to find lower tariffs.Charging the battery at cheapest time is looking expensive.
