Cost for me as an ultra low user seems to have settled down to the same as the std tariff, smaller peaks in the morning and post 7pm cancel out the afternoon lows. The only advantage is that on the std rates I would probably use more power from 4-7pm than I do now (zero as it happens) so consumption would perhaps be up by ten percent. I do have some electric radiators as well as gas (turned off beginning of Feb) so may switch to Cosy when the new rates come in from April if the s/c is lowered in line with the std tariffs, the afternoon half price rates I can make serious use of. The 14 month fix would be cheaper as good saving on the s/c but can't change it without phoning up so not worth bothering for the minor saving for the next couple of weeks. Alas any savings on the s/c will be cancelled by an increase in council tax but it does keep me within my zero inflation target.

Looking at tomorrow it seems we have mega-cheap (<10p) for most of the day but overnight still relatively high. Things have changed a lot since last year.

Strange that there isn't an overnight low.  No benefit for those of us that are out working during the day.

I have plans for several loads of washing, the dishwasher running through, and some cooking for tomorrow. It’s a nice change to have some decently priced slots on a day I can make use of them, paired with weather that might allow washing to dry!

I'm not on Agile (I'm IOG) but I've pushed tonight's EV charging window all the way back to 11am (the latest I can set) and Octopus have given me a charging slot from 1000-1100.
It won't save me any money but it illustrates the weird situation tomorrow where daytime electricity is cheaper than nighttime.
