(electric shower, currently on Cosy but will switch to Agile again tomorrow - the week ahead looks like it should still be marginally cheaper for us).
Thanks, email was there this morning so a few hours in my case. And you guys are switching back and forth on a day by day basis between Cosy and Agile? Just wondering how Octopus keep up with the billing on that?
i did ask the same question on here at the time and was told it will be added on in future bills
so maybe in our next bill it will be added on1 -
It would be a bonus if Agile Standing Charges come down - I'm still reeling from the shock of mine going up 10p a day in February when my contract ended. Even better if gas comes down as well ...Debt Free Wannabe by 1 December 2027

Deep seated hatred of Scottish Power and all who sail in her - would love to see Ofgem grow a pair and actually do something about it.2 -
There's been enough sun this month that I'm not really taking advantage of Agile, although it is working out about 1-2p cheaper per day than Flux!2

"Agile Standing Charges come down"
It is fixed term so probably have to swap out and then back again. Mine went up 10p as well, for a month until April, and looks like it might go back down by 13p according to the rates on Cosy and the 14 month fix so be interesting to see what happens in April, though the base unit rate on Cosy looks very high compared to the April std tariff, so might be something nasty to come in the Agile formula.2 -

(The base rate on Cosy was already higher than the SVT, by the way.)

You have to say you want to change your tariff (which doesn't work on the app) then answer some stupid questions about your usage (which they already know) then select which tariff you want to change to (without knowing the charges) ...
Why not just put up a table saying these are our products - these are the prices. Choose the one that suits you best.Debt Free Wannabe by 1 December 2027

Oh, I was Googling the tariff name, clicking on the page, put in postcode for the current rate, and click the link to the page with new rates.
For ease of finding yes it would have been simpler to have them all on one page, but I suppose this way there can be no confusion or complaints when people misread which table is which.0 -
Octopus do have a page with all their tariffs in one place. And the costs. Admittedly it is buried somewhat.

Don't be tempted to click the button, but enter your postcode below and all their tariffs will appear.
Edit to add: annoyingly you can't sign up for any of the tariffs from this page. But at least you can see the costs side by side.4.3kW PV, 3.6kW inverter. Octopus Agile import, gas Tracker. Zoe. Ripple x 3. Cheshire2 -
