Those Heinz tinned puddings. I think they might have changed to plastic pots, though I swear I've spotted the tins in corner shops (where tinned goods have the prices featured on the tins, unlike the supermarket versions).0

Sponge pudding is so quick and easy to make in the microwave. Serve with a dollop of jam, marmalade, or syrup, and custard.1

Molasses and black treacle seem very hard to come by nowadays.Vimto: our local Co-op stores (Lincolnshire) stock it, as does B & M.1
