Has anyone seen Easter Biscuits - the traditional ones made with cassia oil?

I used to buy them at Morrisons but haven't seen them this year
    Will cinnamon biscuits do?

@jennystarpepper I really miss the Heinz puddings too, especially the treacle (golden syrup) which used to be a family favourite after a Sunday roast!

You can still get Carr's large water crackers as part of their large selection boxes, which are only widely available at Christmas.  IMO they are very overpriced but it's worth keeping an eye out at the start of January as they're often heavily reduced.

Anyone recall those soups you got in a small box which you had to add water to and simmer.  I used to come home from school at lunchtimes and make it for myself in the early 70s.  Gopping really when I look back?

I think food had more flavour years ago.  Two things I miss are Queens gravy salt and camae soap.
I have seen the soap in Poundland but it was made in Indonesia and didn’t smell right 😂

Love reading this thread, it’s bringing back many memories 😊
