Adam's Ale - I've not heard that for years

More chance of seeing a Dodo than a turnip.

Where did all the cream crackers go in December and January?
They are back, a bit dearer now.
Most of them are made at the Pladis factory in Liverpool, and workers went on strike for a few weeks.  (Pladis owns Jacob's and Carr's brands and also makes many own brand products).

Less a product that has vanished than an entire type that has been ruined. Both Waitrose and Morrisons used to sell 'premium' sausages with a high meat content (I suspect they might have come from the same source). A while ago both were reformulated with something called 'pea flour' as a substitute for breadcrumbs. A lot of other premium sausages have gone the same way.

Whether this was done for reasons of cost or (as I suspect) to appease all the misguided people who think 'gluten free' means 'better'  I have no idea but it has resulted in the sausages having a really nasty, rubbery texture. It's now hard to find a good quality sausage that hasn't been similarly spoiled.

At least my local butcher hasn't followed suit - yet!
I buy gluten free sausages from a farm in Lincolnshire. Not rubbery at all. Husband has NCGS and can't eat wheat. I do feel that we have reached peak trend for gluten free. Sainsburys sells gluten free products labelled not suitable for coeliacs.

Forgot to mention this one: bottles of Knorr Concentrated Chicken Stock. We used to always keep a bottle of it in the fridge and it was brilliant for adding to home cooking. You could just add a spoonful to a dish for two.

    would've . . . could've . . . should've . . .

There's definitely no 'a' in 'definitely'.

There seems to be a general lack of chicken stock almost certainly due to bird flu.

@Krakkers I doubt it as there is plenty of pouches of chicken stock and cubes and stock pots readily available.

@Teapot55 guessing it may of been discontinued or in the process of repackaging? I used to use it until I saw how little chicken was in it so now I make stock and freeze but I know what you mean, it was really convenient. Ocado do a nice one in a jar

No definitely more than just the product you are looking for, supermarkets have plenty of own brand beef stock but not chicken.

Waitrose today had loads, Co op have it, Asda had it. No shortage in Surrey. Must be a regional thing?
