Think I've ballsed mine up as i  switched in to the normally current account and not the reward one. have tried to get though on the phone but keep getting cut off and getting no where to switch the account before my other switchs in but having now luck.

Last month, I reactivated a 8 year old dormant account with Halifax (Which was actually quiet easy to do in branch)

Upgraded it to the 'Reward' account yesterday online and switched using an old Santander account. Hopefully I'll receive the incentive, as the last time I received one from Halifax was in 2014!. Switch is due to complete by 5th April.

Does anyone know if I can switch my actual main Nationwide account to Halifax once the current switch is complete?

Yes you can switch in as many as you want but you only get the reward for the first one.

I switched recently and didn't receive the incentive, i unknowingly received a previous incentive in 2021 on a different now closed halifax account.

I just signed up to this account - once I got into the signup/switch process there was no mention of the switching bonus, is that right? Unfortunately when I tried to pick my monthly reward there were technical problems but it said I could do that later

Yep, normal. The bonus will just land if you satisfy all the terms.
