    Not sure what is happening with mine, due to complete on the 28th but nothing in my account yet. Some in same situation have had it paid and others haven’t

    Everyone, including myself, seem to be getting it 3 days before switch so the 25th for you probably.

    Mine is also meant to be 28th but nothing for me yet - maybe HSBC are digging their heels in over my switch

    Halifax by far the easiest and best bank I've dealt with over the last couple of months(and I've used them all  :D )
