Myself and my better half have 3 reward accounts each. We used NS&I on the 10th for two each. We did the same on the 14th for the last one each.
The last update on the tracker is the 19th but the two accounts that paid out on the 14th are still down as "Not on Track". (Stating spend is £0).
Is anyone having any similar issue?
I'll probably just pay them again if it's not updated in a day or two.
I'm hoping NS&I haven't been excluded from qualifying.

I paid £500 into a s&s ISA seven days ago using a Halifax debit card, that account is also showing as 'Not on Track'.

I'll save Winston Churchill, Jane Austen, J. M. W. Turner and Alan Turing.

I am wondering if they have changed the criteria, or tightening up on it, as noticed on the website they have stated the following, making me wonder if they are no longer included?:

    https://www.halifax.co.uk/bankaccounts/reward-extras.html

There are a few payments which don’t count for Reward Extras offers:

    • When you take cash out of a cash machine, branch or Post Office counter.
    • When you make a money transfer to another account

I am hoping that is not the case as was hoping a payment i have made for premium bonds will be included this month.

Used my Halifax Debit cards at Hargreaves Lansdown and with Vanguard.
Both of those are on track.
Didn’t use NS&I this month so can’t help there I’m afraid but am interested in this as do use NS&I regularly for the reward

I was worried about the debit card requirement being changed, but mine is also saying I've only paid in £255 to date, when in fact I should have easily surpassed the minimum pay-in. Going by my transactions it doesn't look like anything after the 13th/14th is included.

IIRC, these have always been the conditions.

Mine are all on track. Debit card payments to NS&I made on March 1 though.

Paid £500 into same YBS account 3 x on 1st of month and reward showing as on track so doesn't look like they've changed the criteria.

I am worried - Usual debit card payments to Skipton on 13/3/23 are not showing as being on track.
