Normally the tracker states the date of the last reference point - which is usually two days before - and debit card payments take a bit of time to clear.2 -
I made some across the month, and it looks like it's just those over last week that haven't tracked.
Think I made one on 13th that tracked OK(and others before then) then another a day later that hasn't yet tracked0 -

There are a few payments which don’t count for Reward Extras offers:
- When you take cash out of a cash machine, branch or Post Office counter.
- When you make a money transfer to another account
I am hoping that is not the case as was hoping a payment i have made for premium bonds will be included this month. That wording has always been there. What they mean is using your debit card at a branch or Post Office to initiate a money transfer. It's clumsy though because every single time you use a debit card you are agreeing to transfer money to aother account. If any changes were made to qualifying criteria then I suspect they'd be made over the course of a year as people's Reward Extras came up for renewal, not midway through.

I sent them a message on the app, and they said they were aware of the issue4

As others have stated, failure to be 'on track' does not mean the reward won't be paid.A money transfer would always involve money being pushed to the recipient. A merchant pulling funds from a debit card could not be regarded as a money transfer. One does have to be careful now though, as some savings providers who use Open Banking will ask for debit card details, and you'd need to ensure the payment was not being made via OB. Likewise with branch or Post Office banking where the debit card is used to confirm the source account for a bank transfer.1 -
Where is the tracker? I can't find it online or on the app. I have a new account from the recent switch though so maybe it won't show until next month?

Can't screenshot because security.
As you say, may not appear until you qualify.1 -

Thank you. Seems I haven't signed up to the rewards properly, sorted it now0 -
Glad I'm not the only one who was starting to get worried! I've been used to the tracker taking a couple of days to update but this is the first time I've had it say "Updated on XX" and yet transactions (debit card + minimum spend) from before this date aren't showing on the tracker.
I did my card payments on the 12th and the minimum spend on the 18th so suggests the issue may affect some accounts since last weekend. Guess will see what happens 12th April!.0 -
