Halifax Rewards " Not on Track".

So you don't take a sneaky peak near the end of the month just in case?
Normally the tracker states the date of the last reference point - which is usually two days before - and debit card payments take a bit of time to clear.
The tracker is irrelevant; what matters is your transaction history and statements showing transactions posted in a particular month (i.e. not pending transactions). I made debit card deposits to Skipton on 27th Feb that cleared on 28th Feb (Halifax side) and still received the Reward payments, without worrying about whatever the tracker may or may not have tracked.
all transactions made in the particular month do count (posted and pending);
tried and tested personally: for instance spent on 30/12/22 and due to Bank Holiday weekend it was posted on 4/1/23 -> still got my fiverThen I would say all transactions made on working/processing days in a particular month probably count. If you make a purchase on a weekend, a pending debit card transaction will still be recorded instantly, but it will not count until it's processed by the merchant. 30 Dec 22 was a Friday. When I (stupidly) made a payment on 30 Jan 21 (a Saturday), the transaction was posted on 01 Feb 21, with its transaction details listed as "30JAN21", and I did not receive the Reward payment that month.

In general - I would advise fulfilling the criteria as early as possible (I do it all on the 1st of the month and have co-ordinated my credit card dates etc to fall in line with that), then give it a couple of weeks and check the tracker if you like.That said, regardless of what the tracker says I am confident that if you get your debit card transaction(s) done by the 24th of any month, giving you at least 4 days lee-way to allow it to post completely, then you will get the reward the following month.I don't see any reason to believe NS&I, Skipton, YBS etc deposits would be treated any differently by Halifax to any other Visa debit transaction, either in the (badly worded) terms or in reality.1

Does anyone use the debit card to pay £500 off their credit card? I'm interested to know if that would work.

I paid £200 for credit card balance and £300 to savings at the beginning of this month. The tracker shows green tick.

HLX debit card to YBS 12 March shows as paid to Yorkshire Ecom. (And shows on reward tracker).
HLX debit card to YBS 21 March shows as paid to Yorkshire BS. (Not included, yet, on reward tracker).Hoping it's a HLX glitch but worth noting.:wave::wave::hello:0 -

Merchant name won't matter. The 'tracker' just has a massive lag, it appears.
