Halifax Rewards " Not on Track".

I paid off two different credit cards on 15th and 16th. Mine says updated on 19th and not on track. I think it usually takes a couple of days before it shows as on track.Debt Free: 01/01/2020

They are for me - skipton used, as usual, on two accounts. Both tracking fine this month. Payments made 6th March, so a full week before yours. Be patient!where_are_we said:I am worried - Usual debit card payments to Skipton on 13/3/23 are not showing as being on track.
Not sure why people in this thread are worried - Halifax always takes days, sometimes a week or so, to update the 'on track' info.
And the line @anna42hmr highlights above about 'money transfers' not counting has always been there in the terms. But a debit card payment, even if it's to a savings account, isn't classified as a 'money transfer'. A debit card payment is a debit card payment.5 -
the main point for me as the OP is that my payment cleared on the 14th, halifax has an update on the 19th saying "£0 spend". i have never seen this.Zanderman said:where_are_we said:I am worried - Usual debit card payments to Skipton on 13/3/23 are not showing as being on track.

I have seen similar most months - the tracking is often very delayed.pfpf said:

i'll give it a day or two but iv'e convinced myself that theres an issue from around the 13th/14th. whether it be financial transactions or a general tracking issue, we'll see.Zanderman said:

There's an easy solution to this problem. Don't look at the tracker. I never check it, and therefore haven't had any cause to be concerned.

So you don't take a sneaky peak near the end of the month just in case?
Normally the tracker states the date of the last reference point - which is usually two days before - and debit card payments take a bit of time to clear What of course counts as a money transfer to another account or not - is a matter of opinion!
