For the record, my new account opened mid March is still 'not on track' - "As of 26 March 2023".

One of my DC payments is listed on the 27th.

So, they seem to update it periodically. IIRC, it was "As of 23 March" the last time I checked earlier.

yes Grumbler, it always has a lag of a few days but this one, in my experience was way longer than usual. yours will be fine.

this has been posted on the be clever with your cash website, confirming it was caused by a system issue https://becleverwithyourcash.com/halifax-reward-tracking-error-fixed/ which apparently has been fixed for most customers
