Hopefully you can have a relaxing time with your friend and get some time out from all the admin.

I am having a total moratorium on the news atm - it's just so draining. I flick through the headlines on the BBC app on my tablet and leave it that mostly.

Enjoy your time with your friend :)

    I hope you enjoy it

Well done on all you have achieved and selling the car too - m@torway can be in the habit of lowering the price they offer at the last hurdle they did it to me.  Hopefully they won’t try it on with you.

Also hope you get good news re the planning - I know less than nothing but would it pay to get retrospective permission if it isn’t in place?

  • Thanks Suze. I’m not sure it would meet current requirements. It’s a proper room with dormer window and proper staircase. Will see what the archive shows first.

I have heard of some dealers knocking down the price so am very anxious but will just hope for the best 🤞
