Hope everyone had a good weekend. 😊Sunny here today. I’m going to aquafit this morning. I was due to have my annual diabetes check up but it has been cancelled due to the nurse being ill. Good news is that HBA1c is down from 56 to 42 🥳 I'm on the same medication so I think it’s all down to diet even though I ate junk when I was ill.
Going to see my friend this afternoon for a cuppa. New carpet coming on Wednesday. The carpet was £127.50 and I will need to pay the fitter £50. Off to my sisters on Friday after aquafit.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Hooray for your levels dropping. It feels as though you can somehow help your health by knowing this. Do you use finger trick test daily? Good news on the new carpet sya. I absolutely luuuurve the smell of new carpet3

Thanks Tresinia, jwil and Suze 😊 New carpet is now fitted & hoovered and DF popped in and helped me move the bed back in out of my room. Just the wardrobe to put back together and put back in when we get back from my sisters. The fitters were sent by the carpet shop & it was the same 2 who put in my kitchen lino. They have made a good job of it. 😁 I told them to brace themselves for doing the stairs next time 😂
The hospital rang and asked if I would like to go tomorrow for my diabetes eye test ! DF said he can take me & bring me home as I won’t be able to drive with the horrible eye drops they put in. I will put a curry in the slow cooker and am going to my friends for a cuppa in the afternoon. Friday I’m going to aquafit then off to my sisters for the weekend.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

56 to 42 is an excellent result. You were ill and may have eaten unhealthily but they average over 3 months (I think) and you usually have an excellent, well balanced diet.
I might do the finger !!!!!! test to see what affects me too. Can you buy in the chemist? If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them
