Thanks to you all 🤩 I’m sure it will be fine. It usually is. Just blurry vision for a few hours. I must remember to take my sunglasses too.It was the diabetic nurse appointment at the GP that was cancelled dia. The one where they check the feeling in my feet once a year along with weight, blood pressure & discuss the hba1c test results. They said they will contact me to rearrange when the nurse is back at work. I’m not sure if you can by test meters from the chemist. Thankfully the eye drops wore off after a couple of hours yesterday. They really sting but the pain wears off quickly. I took my sunglasses as everything is very bright afterwards. Should get the results through the post in the next few weeks.Made a curry in my slow cooker and microwaved & mashed the remaining 8p swede and carrots before I went to the hospital. All portioned up and frozen once cooled. Walked to my friends for a cuppa.Today we have to set off earlier to my sisters as DF has to call into his car dealership on the way. I am glad I cancelled aquafit as I feel very snuffly and I am trying to motivate myself to get out of bed 😆 I just need to pack a bag and pop to aldee for a bottle of asti for me & my sister. She is recently diagnosed as type 2 diabetic and has reduced her hba1c to 40 without medication so I think we both deserve a treat. If the weather is as good as forecast we may have a bbq over the weekend 😊0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Thanks Suze and dia 😊 Home again now. Had a lovely weekend. Watched nephew in local team play cricket on Saturday. I was wrapped up in 2 jumpers, thick socks and boots and big coat & gloves. Watched B-in-L play at scarboro ground on Sunday, wore Tshirt and cut offs and pumps and it was so hot I was slathered in sun cream and had to find a bit of shade. 🥵
Bought a hot roast chicken and salad for lunch on the way home today. Niece and little one have been over this afternoon so have spent a lovely time playing and baby cuddles 😍
DF brought me asparagus and rhubarb from the allotment 😋
Aquafit tomorrow then down to my friends house for a drink in the afternoon. Meeting up with niece & little one with DF at the park on Wednesday. We might have a bit of lunch if the cafe is open in the park.
