lol Suze I think he may be saying I’m on my own next time 😂

Ive been for my blood test and weigh in. I’ve lost a bit of weight and have dropped into the lower stone bracket 🤗 Just waiting for results now. Then called off at aldee total spend £39.39 including a pizza for tea (£1.45) and a lemon drizzle cake (2.49) for this afternoon to take to my friends. I put £20 petrol in the car earlier in the week for this week and next. £25.53 left in my current account in case I need a top up shop next week.

Well done on the weight loss, especially as you lost it slowly and healthily  :)

Well done sya for getting into that lower stone bracket! Something very satisfying to the brain when the reading shows the next number down,  even if by just a pound😃

Thanks dia, Tresinia & jwil ☺️ I think it’s due to me being ill even though I ate junk and ice cream for 4 weeks. 😉

Went for a walk to my friends and had tea & cake in the garden. It’s clouded over now. Brought dry washing in and have been chatting to my next door neighbours and the chap & his f-in-law (next door but one) have offered free labour to put up my fence in the garden for me if I get all the concrete posts / gravel boards & fence panels ☺️ New carpet coming next week & after that will be starting on the garden

Have a good bank holiday weekend everyone x

Had a lovely morning yesterday at my nieces playing with my great nephew and having toddler cuddles 🥰

Went to DF’s for dinner and he treated us to Chinese delivered 😋

Just pottering at home today. I need to start using up the 8p veg. (1 bag potatoes, 2 bags carrots, swede, 3 broccoli, 2 bags parsnips)

Spicy parsnip and carrot soup in the slow cooker. I also have 2 broccoli to steam & freeze and carrot & swede mash to cook in the microwave and freeze.

Lamb needs to come out of the freezer and will be roasted at DF’s tomorrow with parsnips, potatoes, carrots & butternut squash and we will have that with the other broccoli. Any leftovers will be portioned up and frozen. I am having spicy chicken wings today and will put a tray of peppers, courgettes, onions and butternut squash in to roast and fill up the oven.

Other meals this week include chicken fajita with courgettes and peppers, natural yogurt and grated cheese & chopped fresh tomatoes, chicken chickpea spinach and butternut squash curry, plus a pack of caramelised onion sausages which I will roast today while the oven is on and they will make several meals including with swede & carrot mash veg and gravy, with some roasted peppers etc tray bake and may have some with eggs for breakfast one morning.
