This weather is a bit funny. We have blues skies and sunshine. But a chilly easterly wind. I am currently sitting outside, but in a corner where it's not so windy!

I started out today in my sunhat gardening and ended up with a quick blast of the CH, a jumper and hot bottle. So, the same weather here. Your lamb dish sounds nice. I've been using my slow cooker more...copying you!! It saves money and faff. I tend to eat poorly when good food isn't ready. The slow cooker helps with that.
    Enjoy your evening

That interest total is phenomenal sya, I fear we may be seeing the rates dropping soon,  which is a great pity.  There have been some brilliant rates over last couple of years,  the best I had was nsandi bond for a lump sum from my pension, which matured last September,  it paid 6.2%! It still pays 5.1 % but I fear when it matures again later this year, I'll be very lucky to get 4%. I was going to put it in an isa but Rachael from accounts has plans to reduce the amount we can save in them from 20k to 4k which is really disappointing if she does

Dinner is at 6 Suze. Bring a bottle of asti 😂

Who knows what will happen with interest rates Tresinia. They have not come down as much as I expected and there seemed to be some uplift in the global markets yesterday after grumpy put the tariffs on hold so we shall see.

Plans today to get some washing hung out, wash spare room windows, Moroccan lamb in slow cooker and a walk to my friends this afternoon.

Lamb was yummy 😋 leftover portions into the freezer. Aquafit was warm. Called at aldee for watercress salad, butternut squash, bleach, clothes washing liquid, 2 boxes tissues & 6 pack cola total £7.83.

Chat with DF and he is feeling better so he’s going to get his own shopping.

No plans for the rest of the day. Crispy belly pork and watercress salad for dinner with butternut squash chips.

Hairdresser tomorrow. I already have the cash transferred from annual pot £28.

    Remaining in current account
    petrol £20
    food £80
    entertainment £53.59
