I got my sausage and will cook in oven with a tomato, on home made crusty in the morning 😋thanks for reminding me about sausage sandwiches!3

Enjoy your sausage sandwich Tresinia. Crusty homemade bread sounds delish 😋 I have warbtons 400g no added sugar wholemeal (9g carb a slice) which I enjoy with real butter ☺️
I am out for brunch with my friend later this morning. Probably go to spoons for a fry up then potter round the shops.Aquafit tomorrow. Will just take it steady and get out if it’s too much. Went to aquafit this morning and the pool was warm ! Really enjoyed being back but was exhausted ☺️
Bought a hot roast chicken and had some for lunch with coleslaw and salad. Popped in to see DF who is feeling poorly. Think he may have what I had so I am keeping an eye on him. Then down to my friends for a cuppa. Now home and sat in the garden reading my book. Food shopping tomorrow and getting a few things for DF.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Thanks dia, Suze and Tresinia 😊 DF still feeling unwell but ok in himself. I also got a half price shoulder of lamb £9.50 and will cook a roast for me & df for Easter sunday. Also got my friend & her husband some chocs and mixer cans / bottle cider for easter gifts. She always thinks of everyone else and buys me little gifts. I have a card & cash for nieces little one. All from Xmas / birthday / gift pot.
Then called into Aldee £28.01. Today I got 30% off strawberries and vine tomatoes. Somehow I managed to miss a few things off my list (bleach, butternut squash, tissues) but I can always get them on Friday after aquafit.Food this week will be butternut squash soup (leftover from last week), tuna & boiled egg salad, chicken and stir fry veg with ginger and soy, Moroccan lamb, chicken stew, Cajun chicken and roasted veg. (2 portions of chilli and 1 portion tandoori chicken & roasted veg in the freezer.I have taken the cubed lamb out of the freezer to go in the slow cooker tomorrow with courgette & peppers and the last leftover butternut squash with the jar of sauce.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗
