  • No suggestion here that you were feeling sorry for yourself. I was simply stating that routine and doing the everyday things in times of stress and crisis can be beneficial.

    Arrived down south after 5 hour drive. Lovely to see DS & his gf. Have been for a walk over the fields with one of my friends & had a drink. Busy few days ahead but I am looking forward to seeing everyone. Need to rest now, feeling tired 

    Dog food here is pets at home £47.99 a bag 😳 Sorry to hear your ‘spoons is closed Time2count. I’m taking my no-car friend to the tip tomorrow & we are off to the one here for lunch.
