Sheets washed this morning and hung out. Very cloudy but glorious sun this afternoon.Went out for lunch with my friend. We got there a bit early and so they were still doing breakfast so I had a fry up and my friend insisted on paying. I drove us back to hers and we had a cup of tea and a bun. 😋 Was nice to have her company and have someone to talk to.This afternoon I have done a bit of weeding and DF popped round and stayed for a cuppa. Beef stew in the slow cooker today. Sat in the garden and read my book for a while.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Cloudy cool morning here. Good job really as DF and neighbours were helping me barrow round free pebbles from 2 doors down. They wanted to get rid of theirs and I need more for my garden makeover next year.Pulled pork in the slow cooker today. I am having some for tea with marrow and cheese sauce. The rest of the pork will be frozen in portions.Aquafit in the morning. I still have a large butternut squash from DF’s allotment so I will roast some with the spicy belly pork and make the rest into soup.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Ooh lucky you free pebbles! We paid for ours and then noticed on one of the free sites someone was giving a bunch away - typical!
pulled pork sounds really nice - think we are fish and chips tonite mainly as we’ve nothing fresh in - hard to motivate to go shopping after work when the sun is shining and the weeds are proliferating lol xxLancashire

I think we crave carbs more when the weather is turning - comfort foods etc. think I need to get the slow cooker going again - idea of pulled pork has made me hungry! Enjoy SYA 🥰

Good session at aquafit today. Pool was warm and I felt like I had a good workout.Picked up a hot cooked chicken, cheese & rtc fruit on the way home at asd@. Also bought a low carb / low sugar / high protein yogurt dessert, lemon cheesecake flavour and it tasted so gorgeous I would definitely buy it again instead of cake. Tasted like a real treat. Now have chilli belly pork in the oven with a tray of roasted Mediterranean veg. (Courgettes, peppers, onions, tomatoes & butternut squash)
Have been lazing around this afternoon watching tv & reading a book. It’s been a grey day but not cold.BG have just phoned me about my complaint & they are going to pay me another £30 compensation for the poor customer service on top of the statutory £60 so I will have a good credit going into winter0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Hope you enjoyed your lazy afternoon. May I ask what the yoghurt dessert was? It sounds right up my street."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee1

Thanks jwil 😊 It was nestle Lindahls pro, lemon cheesecake flavour. Fat free quark. 150g.4.5g carb of which 4.1g sugar. 18g protein. £1.25. There is no biscuit base but I thought it tasted just like lemon cheesecake 😋
Today I am really aching. I seem to have overworked my stomach muscles. I also have a raw blister between my thumb & finger from raking pebbles the other day. So it may be another taking it easy day 😆. My friend has invited me for dinner tonight which I think will be quite carby so I’m being careful what else I eat today.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗
