No ID requested
The application reference should still appear regardless, although it can be easy to miss. Ulster’s application process leaves a lot to be desired; it’s definitely one of the worst, if not the worst, of all current account providers. From not letting you review inputted data, to not sending any emails or texts, of/for anything, after finishing the form.
Would you be putting a lot of bank resource into the application process?1 -

Ulster Bank seems so old fashioned in its methods. I thought the Co-Op was bad but Ulster take being slow to another level.0

I was advised by a UB CSA that he was not able to put me through to the NI 'current account team' but that all applications for the group banks were dealt with by NatWest. I expressed surprise (as you would have), but when I phoned NatWest they confirmed it and answered my question.
Puzzling isn't it! but I suspect UB's processes and infrastructure will be changing soon, one way or another.0 -

Ok, I’m officially stumped. 10 days since I sent the form back and nothing from UB. Went to NatWest to show my ID but they didn’t know what to do with me.Is there a number I should call? Either an Ulster or NatWest application centre?0
