I honestly don’t recall getting a reference number, if I did then I would have screenshot it and I didn’t - it’s all very strange.
This is mine ... (deleted ... if you didn't see it I'll put it back)

The references are a 10 digit number usually @wizzywig27

In my case, when I applied for my NatWest account, I got a screen at the end with details they were holding for me for once the application was accepted. These were my 6 digit sort code, 8 digit account number, 10 digit customer number and 10 digit reference

How long after switch are people getting their incentive? Is it close to the 60 days like they say or sooner?

Mine switched on 9/3 and the money was received on 13/3, two working days later. I received a text @ 16:00 on the day.

That would suggest you will probably receive your £200 this afternoon.

I applied for the switch today, after they opened my account, rather than during the application process - d’oh! Not sure what I was thinking! Really hoping that they’ll still count this but bit worried now having reread the t&c’s
Bonus from Ulster bank paid today after switch completed on 16/03. Happy days! Now waiting to find out whether Halifax will pay out 😀

The application reference number starting 202 is all I received when opening the account. Plus the message saying I would need to confirm ID etc.
