How quickly do Ulster pay the incentive if they are going to? My switch completed last Wednesday and I'd already paid in the requirement. I have had an RBS incentive a few years ago.0

I have switched all 3 some time ago and If I remember correctly once the switch is complete Ulster was the quickest although slowest overall.0

Ulster took weeks to open my account and then paid the bonus almost instantly.0

Here apologies if this has been asked before (I can’t find it if so). I did a switch to NatWest. All ok. Then switched from NatWest so account closed. Recently I switched from another account to RBS and I still have that open. I plan to keep that account open. if I switch a different account to Ulster am I likely to get ‘dinged’ since I have an active RBS account? Anyone done something similar successfully? Many thanks!0

There are no guarantees but they really don't seem to check. I had NatWest and RBS accounts open when I opened the Ulster one and got the bonus. I've kept NatWest and RBS for their regular saver accounts, both paying 6.17% on £150 per month.spud said:Here apologies if this has been asked before (I can’t find it if so). I've now received my Santander debit card and have successfully applied to switch to RBS which should open in the next 24-48hrs. Do I wait for the switch before putting money into the account of can I do that beforehand?0

So I have just switched to RBS, tried to switch my Lloyds account to Natwest and they said they can't open an account for me. I haven't had a Natwest account for about 10 years, anyone experienced this, or have any ideas?0

Try switching a different bank in. I remember last time I did a Lloyds to NatWest it didn't work so I tried Starling send it did0
