So it's suggesting you traded in a car for £75 ? Or that you're paying £75 for your new car ?

What did you actually pay ? And how are you paying ? - monthly or all paid up front ?
I paid £20,400 for the new car

and they added a Px which I didn’t know about which was £20,325

and I paid a 99 delivery on top of it ,

i don’t know what they’ve done but there now accusing me of Part exchange fraud and I can’t buy of cazoo again
    Still not adding up  :/

So was the car £20k and you've paid nothing ? Or was the car £40k and you think you've got a bargain for £20k ?

All should be very easy to prove/disprove
I agreed to pay £20,400 for the car and they added a Px onto it and deducted £20325 , and I paid delivery so £174 I paid altogether and they’re saying I done Px fraud ???

How did I do that when I didn’t even put a PART EXCHANGE onto my order !!!

I’ve put a complaint into them
One of the most painful threads I've read with all the drip fed information, but to be clear, from reading the above and your earlier comment:
No what they done was they added a random part exchange to my order which I didn’t have ,

i was buying the car out right , and the guy on delivery said you got a Px ? I said no I don’t and he called up and asked why there’s a Px on my order and they just gave me the car ..

Will I get any comebacks off this it’s been two months now and I’ve not heard anything
So let me get this right.

    You've bought a £20,400 car with £99 delivery = £20,499 payable.

They mistakenly deducted £20,325 for a Part Exchange that you didn't ask for and doesn't exist. This meant you paid £174 for the car in total... and this was a couple of months ago?

I can understand why they might be going ballistic if you've got a £20k+ car on your driveway that you paid £174 for.

Except for asking the delivery driver if he's sure that's right, have you made any other action to remedy this? Did you have to pay before you received the car or after?

Personally, I wouldn't touch the car and would be on the phone to them non-stop if I had noticed I'd been changed £174 for a £20k+ car...
I paid before online before placing order ,

im using the car as we speak got logbook through post everything is at the norm ..

bit fuming with the response I had from them

If you paid online before placing the order that is an unusual arrangement.  You would normally place your order then pay what is shown as due.

How did they know what you were paying for?

Did you pay the full price £20,000 before placing the order or how did you know to pay £174 before you got the invoice when the car was delivered.?

A month after It was delivered I see the mistake and cazoo said DONT come near us again.

    there fault i guess 🤦‍♂️
I thought that's what they said to you today when you phoned, two months after purchase.
    Hmmmm...........

Yes and that’s why I’m complaining today as that’s what the answer still is , I don’t get why there so aggy  with me
In an earlier post you said you hadn't spoken to Cazoo, only the delivery person had.
I'm with the 'it's a windup' group now.

Shall I show you the invoice then and show you what a WINDUP is?? This is real life

Just because you have the V5 document in your name, doesn't make you the owner. It clearly states that at the top of it.

This is quite a confusing thread.  It seems to be that:
    1. The OP ordered a car from Cazoo.
    2. The car was priced at £20k.
    3. The OP paid a small deposit plus delivery charge coming to £200.
    4. When the car was delivered, the delivery driver expected there to be a trade in vehicle to collect.
    5. The OP said, no - that is not correct, I never had a trade in.
    6. The OP would have been expecting to pay the balance of the £20k though.
    7. A phone call was made and the delivery driver left the new car (£20k).
    8. While the admin error was unfortunate, the OP knows that the £20k car won't be left for only £200 in full and final settlement.
    9. It seems as though Cazoo took the approach of trusting the customer, so left the vehicle and then went to check their paperwork and payments.
    10. Once the check was complete, Cazoo realised the error was in recording the trade in vehicle and that the customer had not paid the balance.
    11. So Cazoo asked (at some point by some means) for the balance to be paid, which should have been easy given the OP was expecting to need to pay the full price of £20k given that there was no actual trade in ever linked to the purchase.
    12. Instead of completing the payment of the balance by whatever means the OP thought they would do so originally, the OP instead tried to claim that the £200 paid was the full payment
    13. Now, the OP has the £20k car, only paid £200 and is upset that Cazoo have passed the matter to their legal team and refuse to have any contact outside of that.
    14. OP - expect a legal letter very soon and be ready to make the payment for the car plus any additional costs.  The better approach would be to pay Cazoo in the meantime - if Cazoo won't speak with you, then write them a letter, with all the order details and a cheque in the post for the balance.

If anyone that has responded to the OP would like to know how to stop being gullible, just send me £100 and I'll tell you how...

     :D

Always good to give the benefit of the doubt sometimes. By doing that the OP has just tied himself up in more knots.

If you could just let me have your bank details I’ll pay you a small amount and hope you’ll forget the balance?

I don’t believe this is a genuine thread either. There’s no way Cazoo is writing off a £20k car. Any company would ask the OP to pay and if they didn’t would take them to court where they’d easily win.

For a few hundred quid they’d write it off but £20k? Not a chance.
