Well it have the car is in my name they transferred the ownership to me I even said take car back they said no it’s yours , they DO NOT want to deal with me againWonka_2 said:
In which case expect the car to disappear fairly soon given you've not paid for itStandingstrong said:
I’ve asked them do you need anything else from me they said blaitantly “no we do not want to deal or speak on this matter the matter is done DONT contact us again “powerful_Rogue said:
They have upto six years to issue proceedings to claim the money back. Now it's been highlighted, I expect they will now look to recover the money.Standingstrong said:
Coming up to two months now but they just told me on the phone I can no longer buy or sell with them or email or ringcymruchris said:Nearlyold said:
They're only available to those who've suffered the most extraordinary multiple misfortune with banks over the last year, closed accounts, lost accounts, lost payments, Cifas markers, fraud enquiries etc.baser999 said:I’m going on line now, checking out the Cazoo clearance stock to see what else they have in the ‘under £200’ section 😂
Could soon add a CCJ to that list if the balance isn't settled quickly. Surprised court papers haven't already been issued, but depends on how recent the transaction was.
This isn't going to end with you having a £20k car for £1750 -

I fail to see how OP doesn't seem to think there’s anything untoward in all of this0 -
Well if I didn't pay my mortgage it wouldn't matter that the house was in my name and that I had possession of it. The bank would simply swoop down and reclaim it for non payment.Standingstrong said:

Supposedly you had the money to pay for the car 2 months back and you didn't do that so supposedly you still have the money in your bank account. Why don't you simply pay them what you have admitted you owe them? If you paid online before placing the order that is an unusual arrangement. You would normally place your order then pay what is shown as due.Standingstrong said:

One of the most painful threads I've read with all the drip fed information, but to be clear, from reading the above and your earlier comment:Standingstrong said:
I agreed to pay £20,400 for the car and they added a Px onto it and deducted £20325 , and I paid delivery so £174 I paid altogether and they’re saying I done Px fraud ???Wonka_2 said:

I paid £20,400 for the new carWonka_2 said:So it's suggesting you traded in a car for £75 ? Or that you're paying £75 for your new car ?
What did you actually pay ? And how are you paying ? - monthly or all paid up front ?
and they added a Px which I didn’t know about which was £20,325
and I paid a 99 delivery on top of it ,
i don’t know what they’ve done but there now accusing me of Part exchange fraud and I can’t buy of cazoo again
So was the car £20k and you've paid nothing ? Or was the car £40k and you think you've got a bargain for £20k ?
All should be very easy to prove/disproveHow did I do that when I didn’t even put a PART EXCHANGE onto my order !!!I’ve put a complaint into them
So let me get this right.Standingstrong said:No what they done was they added a random part exchange to my order which I didn’t have ,
i was buying the car out right , and the guy on delivery said you got a Px ? I said no I don’t and he called up and asked why there’s a Px on my order and they just gave me the car ..
Will I get any comebacks off this it’s been two months now and I’ve not heard anything
You've bought a £20,400 car with £99 delivery = £20,499 payable.
They mistakenly deducted £20,325 for a Part Exchange that you didn't ask for and doesn't exist. This meant you paid £174 for the car in total... and this was a couple of months ago?
I can understand why they might be going ballistic if you've got a £20k+ car on your driveway that you paid £174 for.
Except for asking the delivery driver if he's sure that's right, have you made any other action to remedy this? Did you have to pay before you received the car or after?
Personally, I wouldn't touch the car and would be on the phone to them non-stop if I had noticed I'd been changed £174 for a £20k+ car...
im using the car as we speak got logbook through post everything is at the norm ..
bit fuming with the response I had from them
How did they know what you were paying for?
Did you pay the full price £20,000 before placing the order or how did you know to pay £174 before you got the invoice when the car was delivered.?
