So you owe them £20,226? Have you offered to pay them the £20,226?
Why are you so worried about not buying from Cazoo again, there are plenty of other car dealers?
no I haven’t why should I if they’ve made a mistake (added part exchange to my order when I hadn’t had one )
I’m not worried I’m just concerned as to why it all happened
They made a mistake - or even two mistakes - with the PX and with releasing the car.
If you entered into a contract with them to buy and deliver a car for £20,400, they have fulfilled that contract, and you have only paid £174, then you owe them the remainder of the balance.
If you had made a mistake - for example a typo in a bank payment and transferred them too much - would you expect them to reimburse it, or would you happy for Cazoo to say "why should we if you've made the mistake, paying more than you needed to, we'll keep it"?3 -

Your wording is very odd - what's with the '£174 on the invoice it says I've paid' - what did you pay??? Presumably money came out of your bank?
You haven't offered to pay the £20k+ you owe for your £20k car? This is why they're accusing you of fraud... I can't say I disagree with this assessment based on your comments.
I'm suprsied you're not worried, I would expect a demand for the £20k with a LBA. You don't just get a free car because some admin made a mistake.
they added a Px onto my order WHICH I didn’t have0 -
This has to be a wind up…….you don’t pay Cazoo on delivery!:j Proud Member of Mike's Mob :j2

Have you discussed with them how you're going to make payment?

You have to pay Cazoo before delivery, so if you only paid £174 when you ordered the car you must have know that something was wrong. So apparently you have a £20K car for £174 and you wonder if there will be any comeback! Just make arrangements to pay the balance.0

I’m going on line now, checking out the Cazoo clearance stock to see what else they have in the ‘under £200’ section 😂
Think OP is missing a trick here - should be selling his £20k bargain and cashing in on a huge profit. He doesn’t seem to think there’s anything amiss.2 -

If Op paid £174 for a car worth 20k and hasnt done anything to remedy it, although with every post the OP makes it doesnt really get any clearer0 -

You get a lot of entitled people on these forums that think they should get compensation because it's raining outside, but I have a hard trouble believing that anyone could genuinely think they get to keep a 20 grand car that they paid £174 because it's not their mistake.
