What did you actually pay ? And how are you paying ? - monthly or all paid up front ?
and they added a Px which I didn’t know about which was £20,325
and I paid a 99 delivery on top of it ,
i don’t know what they’ve done but there now accusing me of Part exchange fraud and I can’t buy of cazoo again
So was the car £20k and you've paid nothing ? Or was the car £40k and you think you've got a bargain for £20k ?
All should be very easy to prove/disproveBrie said:Not sure you've actually answered @Wonka_2's question.
It sounds to me like you agreed to pay £20400 plus £99 for delivery = £20499 to be paid.
But that they deducted £20325 for PX so you actually only paid £174 total.
Presumably you paid this off in full at the time the car was delivered. How long ago was that?
And would you ever want to deal with them again if they are so incompetent??
Instead of drip feeding info - it'd be good to know:
What did you pay - TOTAL ?
What were you supposed to pay - TOTAL ?
Do they think you owe them money?1 -
So, the car was £20,400, plus £99 for delivery. You have been invoiced £174 (because they deducted £20,325 for PX), and have paid £174, is that correct?
So you owe them £20,226? Have you offered to pay them the £20,226?
Why are you so worried about not buying from Cazoo again, there are plenty of other car dealers?1 -

but surely they wouldn’t let a 20k car be released ?I didn’t even have a part exchange to exchange for it so I don’t know what’s happened with that either0 -
There's a big difference between these 2 scenarios
- agreeing to accept the car and pay £174 and not saying anything about it thinking that they might notice their mistake
- agreeing to accept the car and pay £174 and immediate ring them up to try to get the situation sorted out as there's obviously an error.

no I haven’t why should I if they’ve made a mistake (added part exchange to my order when I hadn’t had one )
I’m not worried I’m just concerned as to why it all happened0 -

All should be very easy to prove/disproveHow did I do that when I didn’t even put a PART EXCHANGE onto my order !!!I’ve put a complaint into themStandingstrong said:No what they done was they added a random part exchange to my order which I didn’t have ,
i was buying the car out right , and the guy on delivery said you got a Px ? I said no I don’t and he called up and asked why there’s a Px on my order and they just gave me the car ..
Will I get any comebacks off this it’s been two months now and I’ve not heard anything
You've bought a £20,400 car with £99 delivery = £20,499 payable.
They mistakenly deducted £20,325 for a Part Exchange that you didn't ask for and doesn't exist. This meant you paid £174 for the car in total... and this was a couple of months ago?
I can understand why they might be going ballistic if you've got a £20k+ car on your driveway that you paid £174 for.
Except for asking the delivery driver if he's sure that's right, have you made any other action to remedy this? Did you have to pay before you received the car or after?
Personally, I wouldn't touch the car and would be on the phone to them non-stop if I had noticed I'd been changed £174 for a £20k+ car...Know what you don't13 -

At some point a customer is going to phone them demanding to know why they have to pay an extra £20k as their PX hasn't been allocated to the invoice as a credit & then it will come to light.
You need to contact Cazoo & explain what has happened, I'm sure if you were owed £20k from them you'd be chasing it non stop.0 -

Your wording is very odd - what's with the '£174 on the invoice it says I've paid' - what did you pay??? Presumably money came out of your bank?
You haven't offered to pay the £20k+ you owe for your £20k car? This is why they're accusing you of fraud... I can't say I disagree with this assessment based on your comments.
I'm suprsied you're not worried, I would expect a demand for the £20k with a LBA. You don't just get a free car because some admin made a mistake.Know what you don't2 -
