Cazoo added a PX onto my order and I didn’t have one

On delivery they said I had a part exchange when in fact I didn’t , but the guy just rang up and just said it’s all ok on other end and delivered car..

Do you mean they've sent you an invoice for a lower value than you were expecting because they think you traded a car in ? Or just that they've ticked a box to say you had a PX but it has no impact on the figures ?

What sort of comeback? What outcome do you want?

Honestly I’m a little confused as to what the problem is and what you’re actually asking for. What’s the issue? What negative impact has this has on you?

Don't understand the issue. Are they looking for additional money because they thought there was a part exchange, or is everything now ok since you spoke to them?

No what they done was they added a random part exchange to my order which I didn’t have ,

i was buying the car out right , and the guy on delivery said you got a Px ? I said no I don’t and he called up and asked why there’s a Px on my order and they just gave me the car ..

Will I get any comebacks off this it’s been two months now and I’ve not heard anything

Delivery guy spoke to cazzoo and said why there’s a Px on this persons order , they said it’s fine release car and I got given the car and delivery guy explained logbook in post ect ,

and I’m going to ring cazoo and see what they say
