If this is a genuine thread, then you're getting to hung up on the part ex part of it. It's seemingly an admin error and you still owe the remaining £20k+.

Do the right thing and pay up, you're not going to get a £20k car for £175. If you don't and they take you to court, 100% they will win and you will incur extra costs.

no I haven’t why should I if they’ve made a mistake (added part exchange to my order when I hadn’t had one )

Your wording is very odd - what's with the '£174 on the invoice it says I've paid' - what did you pay??? Presumably money came out of your bank?

You haven't offered to pay the £20k+ you owe for your £20k car? This is why they're accusing you of fraud... I can't say I disagree with this assessment based on your comments.

I'm suprsied you're not worried, I would expect a demand for the £20k with a LBA. You don't just get a free car because some admin made a mistake.

So you agreed a deal to buy a £20k car and they delivered the car and you only paid £174 and you're wondering why they are upset? 

Will there be any comeback from this? Well yes if it actually happened you'll be asked to pay the £20k that you owed them and that you agreed to.

Could soon add a CCJ to that list if the balance isn't settled quickly. Surprised court papers haven't already been issued, but depends on how recent the transaction was.
